About Your Subscription

How do I make payment?

  1. First, select and click on your preferred plan in our pricing tables.
  2. Next, you will be redirected to the product page of your preferred plan.
  3. Simply click the “Sign Up Now” button on the product page to make payment.
  4. Kindly note that we only accept online payment through our website by credit or debit card via the Stripe payment gateway.

What is the subscription period?

Our subscriptions are flexible — they are renewable every month as you make recurring payments! You have the flexibility to upgrade, downgrade or terminate your existing subscription package anytime.

However, Game Changer plan is subjected to a minimum 6 months’ subscription.

Initial Set-Up

How do I share invoices, receipts and other documents with you?

We will show how to scan and email all your documents directly to Xero where will we process them for you.

How will my total transactions per month be calculated?

Your total transactions per month will be = total sales invoices + total supplier invoices + total supplier receipts (receipts will only be used for transactions where no supplier invoice is provided e.g. a cafe)

Can I have my reporting tailored?

We do not provide tailored reports for each company, but a range of standard reports for different business types. This helps us to offer you lower pricing. We believe that the range of standard reports we offer are able to meet your business needs.

About My Advisor

Why is my advisor asking for a copy of my shareholders' and directors' passports?

This is part of the “Know Your Client” procedure that allows us to gain a better understanding of your business structure. We hope that you can kindly assist us to complete this within 30 days of your sign-up.

Why can I only email you documents and not questions?

We believe, meeting, calling or sending WhatsApp messages to your advisor is the most efficient way for us to respond to your queries and to help keep our pricing low.

What can I expect from my advisor when I first start my subscription?

If you are not currently using Xero, your advisor will set up your company, chart of accounts and reports on Xero. If you are already using Xero, your advisor will simply take over from where you or your bookkeeper left off. Your advisor will then provide you with a guided walkthrough on how to share your documents with us and help you to prepare an organized filing system for your documents.

What can I expect from my advisor on an ongoing basis?

You can rely on your advisor to take a keen interest in your company’s situation, so as to be in the best position to support to your business in a variety of areas. Your account manager will be able to:

  • Alert you to compliance deadlines that apply to your business.
  • Provide a range of forecasting services e.g. breakeven analysis or cash flow forecasting.
  • Provide advice on suitable Xero add-ons that may further increase your business productivity.
  • Provide advice on grants and incentives that are relevant to your business to help you source for funding.
  • Answer any finance questions that you might have about your business.
  • Provide follow-up on the status of your documents and support assistance if you face difficulties scanning your documents.

Is there a limit to the amount of support time that I can expect from my advisor?

We can be flexible from month to month to suit your business needs but as a guide we would expect a maximum of 2 hours per month.

About Add-Ons

I am not interested in/do not need the offered add-ons. Can I change my add-on to something else?

Sure, we are here to serve you. It not one size fits all. Reach out to an advisor and we can tailor a different service bundle for you.
